I Have been.. "CAPRICIOUS" this month.
To  countervail the building up of negative energy- move your body till it sweats.
Pumpkin and sweet potato sweet soup
1) Slice pumpkin and sweet potato into pieces.Do not need to be as small as seen below. Small slices are for boiling-time convenience without a blender. Boil sago seperate. Sift to remove extra sticky fluid.


Boil until sweet potato and pumpkin pieces softens and mash them together by either a) Continuous stiring  b) BLEND.

If you choose method a) BOIL- BOIL until mixture is almost completely dry under high heat (Make sure the base is not burnt)
  Sago (IF it is fresh from day 1: Color would be clear and transparent.)
I had used remaining sago which I've made two days ago and placed in the fridge.
Do not consume after setting it in the fridge for more than 4 ~5 days to be on the safe side ;)
 Add sufficient water, some milk, sugar (if sweet potato is not sweet enough) and sufficient servings of sago ( not too much other wise the whole thing is thick and gluey)
 Adapted from a site ( If you add santan/coconut milk, the color would  be slightly lighter/looks like a pudding~)

Stomache: Whats for dinner tonight?
I decide to make this (SEE BELOW)  instead  of the spending much of my time for dessert tonight: 

 Roasted Hoi sin Sauce Pork ribs
 Easy, Fun, AWESOMELY SATISFYING.





Marinade pork ribs(single portion as shown above) with 'lee kum kee-Hoisin sauce' for few hours in the icebox.
Remove. Preheat oven 200C for 10 mins.
Bake for 40 mins , remove from oven, flip rack to another side, spread extra hoisin sauce.
Place rack into oven again and further bake for 15 mins in oven, under 160~170C.
For a crisper texture/larger portion of pork ribs, bake longer under 180C.

 Horses, strawberries, teddy bears, cakes, notebooks? 

I killed a fish and Took off ALL ITS INNER ORGANS, GILLS, ANYTHING that makes the fish disgusting.
Including.. BLOOD. 

 Mixture of everything nais. Oyster, lea and perins, Hp, a bit of ginger, garlic granules..
 Well hey there. A nicely cleaned trout
 Just applying all the sauce into its belly
  splat all over its body.
DONE. 
Time for artificial heat bathing
30 mins, 200C.. Nom Nom..!

I'm getting old. And I need to eat correctly and live correctly.

A checklist:
1. Toilet business every morning right after I wake up - Checked!
2. Eliminate dry skin - Half Checked!
3. Sleep correctly- Checked and unchecked! Failed at most times, weak determination to give up my owl-ish character..mhmm..
4. An intake of one tablespn of honey every two days. -Checked!
5. Daily intake of lots of Fruits /Fibre of any sorts -Checked!

6. NEW MISSION- CONSUME CELERY THE 'SMELLY' (TO ME ._.)

Going to make second round of pumpkin+ sweet potato + milk +honey + sago , sweet savoury chinese dessert soup later before the food rots... Pictures up later.
