I decide to make this (SEE BELOW) instead of the spending much of my time for dessert tonight:
Roasted Hoi sin Sauce Pork ribs
Easy, Fun, AWESOMELY SATISFYING.
Marinade pork ribs(single portion as shown above) with 'lee kum kee-Hoisin sauce' for few hours in the icebox.
Remove. Preheat oven 200C for 10 mins.
Bake for 40 mins , remove from oven, flip rack to another side, spread extra hoisin sauce.
Place rack into oven again and further bake for 15 mins in oven, under 160~170C.
For a crisper texture/larger portion of pork ribs, bake longer under 180C.
